Refund Policy
Your concern is important to us and for that reason we ask that you notify us in writing with a copy of the invoice within seven days of delivery if you wish to return an item. No item shall be returned without prior agreement between the purchaser and SUP Warehouse. In the case of faulty goods we may ask you to return the item and all parts in their original packaging at your expense. All items will be refunded upon safe arrival and inspection that the goods have been returned in an unused and undamaged condition in the case of a return within 7 days, or that the goods are indeed faulty in the case of a warranty return.
If you are unsatisfied with one of our Paddleboards for any reason. Return it within 7 days for a full refund.
* Refund excludes ALL freight costs and is provisional on the condition of the product when it is returned to the SUP Warehouse.
