As you can see from our diagram, all of the Sunny King boards are individually HAND CRAFTED & manufactured to the highest of quality. We ensure that all our boards have maximum strength without compromising the boards weight and manoeuvrability.

The high density EPS, composite PVC stringer and epoxy resin layers guarantee strength and durability. All of our boards are designed in Melbourne Australia (and more importantly) they are made using only 100% Australian EPS Core.

(EPS means – Expandable Polystyrene)
