Cancellation of Orders

An order may be canceled when SUP WAREHOUSE is notified in writing before the order is sent. A 10% handling/processing fee will apply. If for some reason we cannot supply the product within two weeks no fees will be charged when the order is canceled (excludes special order items). Please note special orders cannot be cancelled after goods are shipped from the warehouse. Any refunds will be credited to the account on which the order was purchased.
